Our Process

Discover & Design

We begin our journey with you by sitting down and discussing exactly what you need. Either in our office or online, we will listen to your requirements as well as share our ideas.

Our next step is to come up with a design for your website that you’re going to absolutely love! One of our design team will be assigned to your project and they will create a mockup of your homepage for you.

Develop & Deploy

Once you’ve approved the mockup, the site will move into development. Built on WordPress, our developers will build your website, making sure that it not only looks great but works properly across all devices.

Once your website build is complete, it will be uploaded to our hosting for you to take a look and sign off on the project. We’ll get you setup with a login and provide a guide on how to manage your website.

Promote & Support

Now that your site is live, it’s time to get it ranked on Google. We hand the site over to our talented digital marketing team to do all the important SEO work including submitting your website to Google.

We don’t say goodbye now that your site is live. We are here for you should you have any questions or need help with anything.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to build a website?

It depends on the size of your website and how much content you have ready for the website. We usually aim for a 4 - 6 week deadline for each project but can work to tighter deadlines should you have one.

What platforms do you build on?

For brochure websites, we usually build using Wordpress. For eCommerce, we generally build on BigCommerce and Shopify, selecting whichever platform is best suited for your requirements.

Do I need to provide hosting?

No, we host for you on our super fast cloud servers. In fact to support you properly, we do insist on hosting for you. We know our servers like the back of our hand and can support you immediately if required. We know when the site is backed up and have all the necessary security in place to give you the very best service available.

How much does a website cost?

We have a very simple pricing model which is based on number of pages for our non-ecommerce sites. Prices can start as low as £500 + VAT. Ecommerce sites are priced based on a number of factors. Please contact us to discuss this further and for a more exact quote.

Do you provide domain and emails?

Yes, we can register you a domain for your website and we deal with all the administration for you. We also provide emails at very low cost and can provide either IMAP or Exchange mailboxes.

We are based far away from you, does that matter?

No, we are working regularly with businesses across the UK, Europe and the USA with email or phone/video communications working really well for us to provide a personal expert service.
