The Outline Quote is usually the starting point for the project, this let’s you have an idea of the costs and 99.9% of the time leads to The Meeting.
The meeting is a chance for us to have a chat, usually at our office to look at the big screen and see some examples of our work and meet the team. We look at your ideas, we show you our ideas and usually after a meeting of between 30 mins and 1.5 hours, we have a good idea of what you are looking for and we can plan your brand new website.
The project startup document is your guide to what happens next. It gives you an idea of what we are doing when and what we need for you. This is usually accompanied by your startup invoice which kick-starts your website build.
The Creation is the exciting bit. We push on with your beautiful professionally built website. Your web designer/developer will keep in contact with you throughout the process and give you updates on progress. You’ll be able to look in and make sure everything is going just fine. This process continues until you are delighted with your website.
At this point we do 2 things, one is we seek sign-off and the other is that our SEO team pick up your site to provide it with the very best of their up to date knowledge of optimisation. This ensures that you are a step ahead of the competition from day 1 and this massively important step is done properly to ensure your website becomes a web solution for your business, not just pretty pictures on the internet.
With sign-off and completion of the SEO work, we then put the website live, taking care of all the domain administration, so that you have minimal disruption as your new website goes live. Your website is hosted on our fast secure cloud servers, looked after 24 hours a day by our expert team. An SSL certificate is provided for every website as part of your package to (again) ensure that you have a complete solution.
When your website is live, we can add optional marketing services through our in-house marketing team to further boost your site performance.
Oh and to keep you up to date with how your website is performing, we send you stats every week by email.
