London based Jewellery store E&E Jewellery wanted a fresh new look for 2020 and we were happy to help.
We’ve been working with E&E Jewellery for a few years now, having rebuilt their website for them. But now it’s 2020 and they wanted to refresh their brand for the start of a new decade and here at Xtensive, we’re always happy to help.
The main reason for the redesign was to bring a bit more flair to the website, make it more striking. We started with streamlining the header, making it black to give it that ultra sleek look. Sitting above the all black slider, everything looks super sleek and premium.
Then using the latest CSS techniques, we laid out the website in multiple different structures to give each section it’s own design which really helps structure the site. We used gold sparingly across the site to highlight anchor links and some main headers. And there is more focus on the products on the homepage now too, with an ‘Our Favourites’ section showcasing up to 12 products at one time.
Our client also needed a quick turnaround on this project and while it was a very tight deadline, we managed to build this website from scratch in record time. Don’t say we’re not good to you.
